Well from what i've heard the code is extremely fucking old and only moot and perhaps a few other knew how to make it work, moots gone, I doubt anyone else from back then would try to fix it now. It's gonna take probably weeks for the jannies to figure out how to make it work.

replace deprecated mysql proc calls with PDO (i think it was already worked on at some point), disable pdf embedding, allow webp uploads, updoooot to latest freebsd release. would take a week at max for anyone competent.
