I guess people who need it for their driveway or maybe if they're putting in a decorative patio? They could probably get cheaper gravel from a home improvement store or a gravel pit.

The instruments are worthless, the stone could probably be bought complete for $100, and the equipment should be free to anyone who is willing to show up and take it. Can't imagine anyone with a brain haggling for more prices on this, but this is Tom we are talking about

Tom's landlord tried to evict him 2 months before the lease ran out but the judge decided that Tom could let the lease run out. Tom tried to use eminent domain and sweet talking the landlord into letting him stay longer but since Tom doesn't know how to interact with humans, this didn't happen. Now Tom is scrambling to find a new spot to live
