IIRC the timeline goes like this but I could be wrong
- Tooter gets an infestation of biting flies due to keeping a compost bucket in the bathroom.
- Tooter badgers his landlord to do something about the flies (Tooter himself tries lighting incense in the bathroom.)
- Tooter's landlord doesn't reply to his dumb shit so he calls a welfare check on his landlord from the police. Tooter claimed the welfare check was done in good faith because his landlord normally always replies to him.
- This pisses off his landlord enough to give Tooter an eviction notice.
- Eviction court rules not to evict, Tooter has until the end of the lease to move out.

He was destroying his place, called the cops on the landlord because the landlord wouldn't spend tens of thousands to repair the apartment Tom destroyed, the landlord tried to evict him, judge said to just have him leave after the lease runs out in less than 2 months.

That's pretty correct. There are other stuff that happens in between but its pretty accurate

This is bizarre. Usually maintaining a public health hazard by hoarding your own feces in buckets to the point it's attracting vermin would be grounds for emergency eviction on an accelerated timeline.

From what we know, Oscar gave Tom an invalid notice to vacate. It was a no grounds notice. That notice expired while Tom's lease was still current and Oscar started the eviction proceedings the first day after it expired citing Tom's failure to vacate as the grounds. The reason the court ruled against Oscar was because he hadn't given valid notice under Arizona's tenancy laws (Tom posted a copy of his lease and it expired at the end of May) and he'd given no other grounds, so it was Oscar's fuck up. We think Tom was either served with valid notice the day of that hearing (15 May) or there was a consent order entered that he would vacate in 30 days from that date, and that's where the revised date of 15 June came from.

Although Tom claims Oscar wants him out in order to fix the property up in order to sell it, he has not mentioned the other tenants being given notice to vacate. It's possible given Oscar didn't even know how to give Tom proper notice that he at least hoped Tom's eminent domain scheme would bear fruit and he wouldn't have to worry about fixing the place up and finding a buyer.

Tom's "moving sale" ad was posted the same day as a hearing on the eminent domain bullshit, so obviously both Tom and Oscar are now fully aware that's dead in the water. Tom is actively trying to find a new place now, so it remains to be seen whether or not Oscar now takes formal eviction action.

I guess that's not too surprising. Anyone who would rent to this shit-hoarding pedophile dogfucker probably isn't terribly bright or selective.

He's now implying that he's found a new place which is both cheaper than his current place and in a safer neighbourhood. I can't wait to see the new shithovel. It won't be long before he starts complaining about his new neighbours and/or landlord.

I hope for Winsky's sake that he's not moving back to TPD jurisdiction.

Slumlords who manage their own properties and don't run background checks. He looks for places on Craigslist. He's also had community agencies find him housing in the past. He complained about getting knocked back for one place because he couldn't verify his income, so fuck knows how much he's exaggerating the amount he makes from selling stones.

Edit : He posted a video of the new place. One of the other AMBers will upload it. It's a 2 bedroom mobile home so we can look forward to trailer park adventures.

I'm not the one who found it, but this is the place. I know it's market rate for Tucson but it's still a lot for someone on Tom's income.

Why does this dog fucking pedo need two bedrooms? Does he have so much garbage he’s collected that he’s got a separate room for it? That honestly wouldn’t surprise me.

I feel bad for his neighbors. They better do a good job keeping their dogs and their kids indoors.

He really only needs one room. Not even a bedroom. Just a room with a desk so he can sperg out on his computer and sand down worthless rocks into smaller worthless rocks. He doesn't need a bathroom since he doesn't bathe or use a toilet. Just a bucket and a wet rag. Doesn't need a kitchen, he eats out of dumpsters and throws food into the kiddie pool to keep it fresh.

He will probably use the second bedroom as his "showroom"/creator space. He listed the shed for sale. A two bedroom trailer is cheaper than his old place plus storage.

He gets a decent amount of food stamps these days. I'm not sure whether he's now back near the "good" dumpsters, but I'm sure there'll be plenty of dumpster divers at the trailer park.

You can see on google maps they replaced the unit on the roof, with a newer one and some special contractor tape to secure it, securely

Tom hasn't even moved yet but according to him he has already contacted both the TPD and the Mental Health Safety Team to whine about shit which happened last time he lived in their jurisdiction and told them he's going to add them to a complaint he's filed against South Tucson PD.

For newcomers who are unaware, Tom was living in TPD's jurisdiction when he was made subject to 12 months court ordered mental health treatment.
