He first posted the above then two days later posted more and admitted he had destroyed a woman's relationship with her family. In the third tweet about it he makes sure to claim that he didn't "groom" her and that she was in her 20s when he started contacting her on social media.

The mother has "outright refused to even so much as watch any of [Tony's] videos," and she allegedly believes he will cheat on or "betray" the daughter, and said he looks "creepy."

An anonymous source tipped off the mom, Tony admits he is divorced, objects to being "mentally unstable," and claims it is a "gross exaggeration" that he "attacks anyone who disagrees with him," stressing that he "MOCKs the ones deserving of mockery."

Tony blames Kiwi Farms because "they're the only ones who seem to give half a shit about my failed marriage."

Tony wants to know who sent the email and he and a "Troy Lundquist" don't understand why the mom would listen to an anonymous tipster rather than "her own daughter's bf" that looks "creepy" and may be over a decade older than the daughter.

"has outright refused to even so much as watch one of my videos" I don't know why Tony thinks that would help his case. He's (as far as I'm aware) jobless, so making videos is the only thing he does, and yet, his video's quality and subject matter is so lame that unlike the Nostalgia Critic, or the AVGN, he doesn't have a chance to make it big, given that his niche audience is better filled by other reviewers. If I saw some 30+ year old jobless loser with no future sneaking into my daughters life on social media and is now trying to get her to be his girlfriend while shes out of college and doesn't even have a job yet, I'd be just as much upset as they are. Also "if she doesn't get a job she has to move back in with them" if she doesn't have a job then whos paying rent? If its the parents, then she should be living with them.

I take a couple months hiatus from this thread, and this is what I'm greeted with.

Hopefully, Tony hasn't groomed this girl. He's innocent until we get some hard evidence or testimony from this chick. However, I don't know why he decided to bring the subject of grooming to begin with. All he had to do was shut his big fucking mouth about this issue and no one would have bothered him about his gross relationship. Now there's going to be grooming and "can I date your daughter?" jokes until he dies or he breaks up with her.


One thing that really bothers me about Tony and his ilk is that they really like to really stretch the meaning of the word "abusive." I don't think it's abuse when your parents are reasonably concerned that your dating a creepy, unemployed loser that's 10+ years your senior. I get that emotional and mental abuse is very real and very sad, but you can't convince me that parents hitting or diddling their own children is on the same level of abuse as your parents trying to keep you from throwing your life away with someone who has an awful toxic public persona, who has not held a real job in several years, gets most of his money from a trust fund set up by his dead mother that is more than likely going to run out due to his awful spending and saving habits, and most importantly, there's evidence that he was actually mentally abusive to his ex-wive and treated her like garbage.

I'm glad I came back just when Tony tweeted some of his most embarrassing and immature thoughts yet. Nobody over the age of 9 should ever write out the phrase "love will win out in the end here." That's a line so bad that it would make authors of some of the worst YA novels blush.

You answered your own question. Because just like stretching the definition of "abuse" they also like to stretch the definition of "grooming" (as well as "gaslighting" and "nazi" and...) so of course he had to preempt his allies' accusations.

It occurs to me that Tony had sufficient entertainment industry contacts that his first wedding had some not insignificant people there -- and wasn't it covered in USA Today or something? Not a major article or anything, just a picture or two. "Oh, look at the cute little quasi-celebrity and his quirky theme marriage! Adorable!"

Now he's involved in something sleazy, tawdry, and full of Internet Drama. Exactly how sleazy we won't know until we see his unfortunate victim girlfriend, but I have a feeling the lols on this one have but begun to flow.

This is not progress, Tony. I mean it's progress as far as we're concerned, but for you ...

Of course it’s us that sent an anonymous e-mail, right? It’s not like there wasn’t I dunno, some major recent scandal involving the web site he was working for and members grooming or taking liberties with naive young underage or barely legal fans? Gee ya think maybe somebody closer to the situation might have noticed yet another CA alumnus going all Jewario and dropped a dime? Because honestly we here don’t pay all that much attention to Skidmark. Not enough to notice this. And we’re (sadly) his biggest fans! (No really, we are! How pathetic is THAT!)

I also have to wonder, what has to be wrong with you? How far on the spectrum do you have to be, when you are a college girl that views Skidmark as a good option? That right there seems to make a reasonable case for requiring legal guardianship. I mean just look at him!!!

Actually, yeah, I never considered the angle that with Change The Channel, of course every CA member was gonna be under a microscope for a while (Tony even admits he got sloppy and was posting selfies with the GF).

Tony is just the first instance of that microscope digging something up (some girl who shacked onto him for his trust fund cash) and the results going public.

Also, can we update the OP to include the testimony from Tony's ex wife and that he's left CA?
