Moriya Shrine bundles thcrap with their copies. I feel thcrap is safe, but definitely retarded in its design. You can fix this by hard patching your game.
Thcrap patches the game in real time (similar to NES emulators and IPS files.) Windows sees this as strange and immediately declares it malware, as all the things is does are common malware behavior (e.g, DLL injection.) Considering the source code is available, if something shady was going on, someone probably would've seen or reported it. Their reasoning for the "always online" thing is that the tool is meant to be "better" then the classic hard patch by ensuring you have the latest version of each patch every startup. The big issue is that thcrap is a bloasted swiss army behemoth, while most people just want to play the game in their language without some weird multitool popping up.
I think Moriya Shrine chooses this because
They bought thcrap's utopian "the ultimate tool for touhou patching" shtick.
thcrap allows them to share unpatched copies, which allows preservation + gives them less files to manage.

Quick search on the definition of muse (in the context of roleplay) tells me this is their way of saying "I know jack shit about Patchouli/2hu, yet want to RP as her anyway." Patche has the most RP accounts out there, for some reason. Nothing good has come out of South American Touhou fans to my knowledge.

Nothing much you can do about it, unfortunately. I have a few personal favorite characters myself that are shared with some strange people. I pay no attention to them since it's too sad to watch them simp for pixels who will never consolidate the supposed romantic kinship. It's the one thing I don't quite get with waifuists just because they're too shy and shut-in to want real world relationships.

That's all thanks to Keffals' #DropKF campaign and the Byuucide, which made it seem as this is a tranny harassment central (just because most people here aren't willing to deny observable reality and say that a man is a woman). Due to the fact that troons are the protected class of the day (even more than jews, you can go on twitter with one of those Palestine flags and not lose your job, can't do the same if you don't like troons), this site gets all the bad and slanderous publicity

I've got trustworthy friends who don't approve KF either, because they see it as a site where people organize raids and personal armies.
