I've never hired a troon and never would but from everything I've heard they are problem employees.
They're the only employees entitled and coddled enough to immediately start demanding concessions be made for their troon shit, even when they've just started, and if they're given into and get their way over one thing, it's never enough, they just keep coming up with problems and things that need to be changed to suit them, then start demanding "tolerance workshops" pr whatever faggified term they use for re education, and constantly look for "micro aggressions" and bullshit to snitch on people for, and just generally make everyone else miserable and feeling like they have to walk on eggshells, they are just not worth the hassle.

Plus once you make the mistake of hiring them they become impossible to get rid of without an even bigger headache, even when there's just cause as they immediately run to their hugbox and there's no shortage of ideological crusaders or just mercenary lawyers who will help them try to cause as much trouble as they can, and in the current climate they are coddled to fuck and they know it, so they abuse it.

Fuck that.

It's better to just not hire them in the first place.
You don't have to give a reason why you didn't hire someone, and if you don't let them in the door in the first place you don't have the shit they bring.
Small businesses are catching on to their reputation as trouble and are taking note, their behavior is making them quickly and quietly persona non grata, maybe big companies want the woke points and cant wait to deal with the hassle, but most places that aren't huge multi nationals just don't need their troon shit.
Not in this economy, Biden has caused enough damage already without adding troon employee headaches to the mix.

This is why people I know that own small businesses just won't hire trannies, I wouldn't myself and I've heard a couple people that have the same reason I do - they are just not worth the extra potential headache, they're problem employees, there's bound to be something that sets them off at some point and even if you make concessions you shouldn't have to, they're often still never happy, while making other people in the workplace miserable, and worst of all once you've hired one they can be a nightmare to get rid of, because even if you have just cause, they'll have other deviants in their hugboxes telling them to force tribunals and lawsuits and just all kinds of bullshit that wastes time and money that a smaller businesses just doesn't need to deal with.
They are making themselves unemployable by being demanding needy shitbags.
Its just not worth the hassle.
Maybe you get the 1 in 10,000 that won't cause a problem and just wants to work and that doesn't demand this and that accomodation and allowances for their troon shit.

I wish there was some kind of downlow sign businesses like yours could display (like a tiny NZ flag or something, idk) because I would totally go out of my way to prioritize giving my money to transphobes, especially small local businesses. Doing it the other way around and avoiding super-pozzed companies just isn't the same as knowing for sure.

This doesn't surprise me in the slightest. At an office job I previously worked at we had a pudgy neckbeard type who always wore anime shirts and had weeb shit at his desk. We were friends on Facebook, as I was with most of my coworkers, and one day out of the blue he posted a photo of him in women's clothes. I brushed it off but that was the icebreaker that eventually led to him trooning out, demanding to be called by a made-up name, and just generally being insufferable to be around. I mean he already was kind of annoying to start with but as soon as he trooned out it was ten times worse.

Troons/pooners are cluing into these exclusionary hiring practices and are starting to cry discrimination but thankfully as @Procrastinhater said you don't need to give reasons for not hiring someone so you can just trash their resumes as soon as they come in and not worry about it. They made their bed by being meddling and disruptive assholes and now they can lay in it, forever jobless even at the fucking McDonald's who'll take anyone who can watch french fries cook.

Idk, she just told me this morning at 3 am that she thinks she isn't trans anymore. I didn't know where else to put this so I'm putting it here. Ok so, my partner is mtf and she transitioned about a month ago but only to her friends. She told me that she probably isn't going to come out to her parents and won't transition until she looks fully like a girl. I'm worried that the pressure has gotten to her because I felt the same (except the opposite because I'm ftm).

I'm also worried because she told me in her message that (this might be tmi) it might be because she was watching too much porn and that's why she's trans. The thing is, I've seen her have dysphoria and she gets so happy when I call her a girl so I'm just so confused. I asked her to talk I'm just waiting for her to get up. Idk what to do, I just wanted to put this here to vent because I am just so confused.

It's a negative cycle of addiction spiralling down into insanity. You get the same 5 stages as depression (this is bad I shouldn't do it, this makes me feel good I will continue to do it even if bad, the reasons for it being bad are unfounded and false, I will continue to do it cause it's good actually and it helps me, it is the best possible thing I can do and if you don't accept that fuck you) and it requires a bit of absolutism to completely avoid cause it's easy to get sucked into it if you try and rationalize it. I even tried to depict that process as authentically as possible in something I wrote for the writing thread. Its very real and it's something not to be taken lightly or fucked with.

Not just small businesses, corporations are starting to figure it out too. I read an article recently where recruiters and hiring managers came right out and said resumes with bullshit woke degrees or pronouns get deleted without even a glance. For all the reasons @Procrastinhater mentioned, they make co-workers miserable and nobody wants to deal with their shit.
