With the caveat that everyone here understands, but the trans don't: humans are still not meat Lego.

The young woman who had her breasts removed specifically to form a male chest shape is probably a little better off than someone with a radical mastectomy that took lymph nodes and chest muscle, probably worse off than someone who planned their reconstruction from the start of a standard mastectomy and had spacers put in.

But they all will have gone through extensive surgeries and have something different on their chests. Won't feel the same, numbness and tightness, poor chance of nipple sensitivities.
