The doctors and nurses explored a wide range of problems and issues. And then my relative came into the room. They thought "she" possibly had ovarian cancer or some other female only issues.
He took one look at "her" and pulled the doctor out of the room. He asked "Did you ask if she's a man?" Somehow, no one bothered to ask. Anyway, "she" had prostate cancer. And probably would have died if no one was willing to clock the tranny as being a dude.
So, yeah. Gender-affirming IDs can legitimately lower your life expectancy
