Lmao no he really doesn't look like a woman at all. And I didn't say he had a big nose I said he had a big male nose; which is differently shaped from a woman's big nose and sits larger on the face. It's actually sometimes recommended that people take blood thinners alongside estrogen pills, as they're known to increase the risk of blood clots. That'd probably be too much forward thinking for the average troon, though. Either it's the thinner skin or he's just making stuff up.
