That one looks nearly identical to someone I went to school with, it's actually spooky. He actually fell off the face of the earth after graguation, so for all I knew he could easily have trooned out.
(did some digging to verify, turns out he just moved away to Ireland, and never bothered with social media)

Some of those post-op photos make me think of Starship Troopers. You know that scene where the Brain Bug gets its weird spike thing cut off and its face is spewing fluid? That. Except for the picture of the inside-out one being repaired; that gave me more of a "special education Predator" vibe.
