Feedback triger warnings?

i think now that we are changing the atmosphere of the site, we need to add a few features to make it as accessible as possible. i think there should be a trigger warning feature for threads so we know if there is panic-inducing content in said threads like: racism, bad words, misogyny, homophobia, heterophobia, autiphobia, adult talk, and more. we dont want anyone having panic attacks over the non-recognition of xir gender or PTSD relapses caused by references to adult responsibility

We also need to require written descriptions for all images and video for the sight disadvantaged.
