I mean, think about it a little bit. I don't think this guy is retarded.
He’s a (apparently fairly intelligent) computer science nerd. They frequently suffer from Dunning-Kruger, and believe they know everything about everything, but actually don’t understand shit about real world mechanics and physics. Or how the world works in general. Many such cases.

Man, I'm glad that I'm retired. Talking to dudes that are at UHC and other similar insurance/healthcare places, the stress level is through the roof, staffing issues are starting to crop up as the smart guys and hypersensitive ladies start heading for the door, and 100k/yr managers are all acting like it could have been them.

It would suck to be stuck trying to take up the slack.
They spend so much on internal propaganda to hide the reality of their business from their employees.

Must have been pretty bubble bursting to see their social media friends cheering their big boss's execution.

Full manifesto just dropped:

Edit: the source is Ken Klippenstein:
An FT journalist has said "This seems legit..."
And an NBC journalist has said "
Seeing many fake manifestos being published -- the one published by Ken is the real one, which matches what NBC has reported here https://nbcnews.com/news/us-news/live-blog/unitedhealthcare-ceo-shooting-suspect-charged-murder-live-updates-rcna183566/rcrd65643?canonicalCard=true"

Just going to leave this recent article about UnitedHealthcare here.

The prosecution is probably more worried that jurors might be bias against the CEO because almost everyone knows a person fucked over by their insurance
I could see some of the lesser charges getting dropped. Dropping the murder is going to be hard. There's video, his manifesto admitting to it, he is guilty. The only thing he can do is mount a affirmative defense. I don't think it'll help.

As much as that does apply here in other facets, I doubt that anyone who isn't a literal isolated African tribal would think a gun jamming is totally normal and not an issue.
We are assuming that he has never seen a firearm in action in the US for 26 years, via fiction or otherwise.
Dunning-Kruger can't drop your IQ by triple digits, right?

He doesn't seem that way at all, I don't get the people in this thread acting like he did. If anything he seems starkly aware of his own shortcomings down to the level of the brainfog he was dealing with for years, along with struggling grades. He also seems to admit his lack of knowledge in biology.
His lambasting of Peterson makes me think he is more interested in a more layman kind of approach to things rather than believing in sophistication or acting like a know-it-all.

Downloaded this video from TikTok about an hour ago, and it was just removed by the original poster. The video was posted after Luigi was arrested. The original posting account had only this video, and the profile claimed to be woman that said she was in the engineering field.

I'm going from memory here, but in the caption she wrote something like "he was kind and used to always answer my video calls and went out with me to find mochi ice cream when I was drunk." She gave no indication of whether she recognized him in the mugshots despite people asking in the comments. The video had been up for like 10 hours, had more than a million views and over 110k likes, and some of the comments were telling her to take it down because it might be used against him in a court case (I'm not sure how, but maybe). This was likely taken during the masking phase of the COVID-19 pandemic (2020?).

>he'll help drunk women get ice cream
Please stop wholesomeposting about Luigi. If American women get any more wet, it'll make Katrina look like a drought.
