before @InkDemonStephen's post about utubetrollpolice i've never seen them anywhere on youtube or other places.
shortly after he released part 2 i started seeing a shit ton of uttp bots replying to comments under videos i watch.

what the fuck?
 
like yeah, but as terminally online as i am (and especially used to be) ive never heard of them before those posts
and only started seeing them pretty often after

idk just an autistic observation
