We were explained more than once what was affected and how. It is absolutely irrelevant. Ultimately, it is not a technical problem. It simply boils down to this:They argue the same way, not understanding what was affected or how, and lack any empathy or higher-level thinking.
This is an anti-consumer practice. It needs to stop.
