Xseether is in the background mostly. He has mod and is a trusted friend of DRX(look at the credits for project deluge), but doesn't do shit(see also: why there hasn't been a project deluge update for at least 3 years) other than show up to ban people. So, when he does appear he instantly sucks all of the fun out of the room and everyone is bewildered, at best, as to why he was even there in the first place. That's not necessarily to say that they fully agree with the way tcrf runs things, DRX has stated multiple times that they don't want to emulate the oppressive nature of TCRF, and they will let you express right wing opinions to an extent, they just seethe behind the scenes over it, I think so anyways.
I've never been much of a Hidden Palace reader, but I can appreciate the fact they stick to their prime directive at hand, and they don't bloat up their site with passive-aggressive psycho screeds (aka "jokes") in the same way Workman does all the time.

According to him, PHP’s die() function (which basically terminates whatever script it’s used in) gets called somewhere below that if-else statement.
Given his demonstrated level of intelligence it's probably another self-harming attempt to spew spam at the requesting agent.
I should have replied to this sooner, but from what I've gleamed of the users there, some definitely do but from what I've heard some of the staff seem to have a hell of a backstory to them so I'd wager there's definitely some sane people still in there, additionally if they were truly all trooned out it would just be TCRF 2, featuring right wing topics tossed out the minute they show up, user bans included free of charge.
