General Facts About Sex Offenders
People who are attracted to kids but don't want to offend = cringe but ultimately good. No I don't mean the level of MAP or PEAR putting in your bios because that's basically advertising yourself as someone who is looking actively and they should be looked at heavily and shipped to a clinical psychologist who specializes in sex offender therapy.
The average offender has 8-13 victims (depending upon the study) before they're caught. So not touching is saving about a dozen lives. This being said post-offense sex offenders have one of the lowest re-offense rates especially with counseling which is about 88% non recidivism for men and 98% for women. While I'm bitching I should also add that the "threat levels" used to assess predators in the area
The most dangerous pedos are the ones who haven't been caught aka anyone with over 10mil YouTube subs, a discord admin, or a prominent twitter artist.
There are basically "levels" for offenders imo the lowest being you saw the cp file that the FBI/CIA watches like mad and will yeet you to federal court for. To anyone wondering, this is all old pictures like many victims are in their 40s now so these are NOT new victims. It's a specific set of pics that is always passed around basically. Very sad for the victims but good that there is no "new" ones. Basically anyone whose a degenerate coomer can get this and will go to fed prison for it.
Most pedo shit happens between close friends and family. It's not stranger danger. It's "people you know and trust" danger. Even if you trust them. It's not worth the risk.
The worst levels of people who produce this content for others is another level of degeneracy and trafficking. These people are very dangerous and likely not on virped as they are not virtuous.
Female sex Offenders (active ones not virpeds)
Female offenders often hide their offenses through normal care routines. Usually their victims are babies/toddlers and they work in positions like nursing, daycare, etc. They also can be the types who "fall in love with students" which is usually unhinged and often over-punished or under-punished.
There are females who are 'ephebophiles" and in my experience this is what I notice the most. They will take on positions with control over preteen-teen age kids where usually the child is troubled and use that to prey on them.
What do mental health people do with them?
There is a specific form of counseling to give sex offenders which is all based on empathy for victims. The type of posting on Virped that worries me the most is people who power level over the morality of age and how they would do it if it was legal libertarians always disappoint me. This shows that they still have a deluded level of thinking. Basically the goal in counseling for non-offenders is to keep them from justifying it and keeping with empathy.
There's also hormonal suppressants you can put people on to keep them from being coomers but this is a voluntary thing so anyone on this is showing a good self control. But naturally for men and women this can cause other issues in the body so pill sterilization isn't always and option and as we know from troonery even without balls you can still be a creep.
Thus for someone to put themselves into professional counseling or with a psychiatrist on a medical plan is VERY good and an excellent sign that they're being pro-social and really not trying to abuse kids. That being said, still watch them and squirt bottle them for any slightly airy thought they have, but generally this is the outcome professionals in the criminal justice and psychological communities want. I feel mainstream should embrace this as a first option for anyone teen-elderly whose feeling like this. (Yes there's a lot of teen offenders in pedophilic content, most offenders didn't start off as adults).
What do we do with virpeds/ post-incarceration offenders as a society?
What do we all want? To NOT have kids hurt. That is the goal of us as a normal society and people who ID as VIRPED who aren't retard pilled thinking it's just laws about age.
That being said, this is going to sound insane, but it's the same as you treat any ex-convict, you have to reintegrate them back into society and give them a social circle. People re-offend when they're isolated and put back where they were when they committed the crime with no pro-social coping skills. Look at all school shooters, they're basically incels beforehand and socially isolated which is why they're fucking weirdos. People who are alone often form extremist ideology on both sides or justiry horrific things because even the most anti-social humans are still social as humans are social creatures. Therefore, the best success options for these people (and all offenders) is to have a somewhat normal life, in therapy, AWAY from kids and any situation that tempts them. AKA I'm not saying let them watch your kids or bff them, I'm saying respect that they know they have a problem and encourage them to get help and NOT offend. Anything we can do as a society to foster non-offense be it actively encouraging therapy (destigmatization of therapy for pedos NOT pedos) or letting them live in peace if they're not being retards.
***It's worth noting a good number of people on the Virped site are law enforcement, glowies, psychological/ psychiatric professionals so these people are not going unchecked. They're being actively watched and will be glowed upon if they fuck up.
