Not likely at all imo. The autism card is the difference between prison vs. psych ward. If he's found to lack mental capacity to understand what he has done is fundamentally wrong, as a result of mental illness/disorder, he'd be sent to a psych ward. If the courts think that his autism did not impair his judgement and he has the capacity to understand raping his mom is bad, it'll be prison.

I'm not American, so can't be 100% sure for the U.S, but in a lot of Europe it is, yes. There are higher security psych wards reserved for the "criminally insane", where they'll go generally indefinitely- think schizophrenics who set burn down their houses becasue God told them to, retarded people who don't realise you can't approach kids in swimming pools to assault them, etc.

I want him to move to the tranch, because theat would be the funniest. In reality, it is very unlikely. As insane as the tranchers are, they got a bigger hold on reality than Chris, and they won't take in a literal motherfucker after his taboobreaking went viral globally.

So, ignoring the tranch, it is interesting to consider.
Chris broke one of the biggest and most global taboo, fucking your parent. He knew what he was doing, he knew it was wrong, and he even bragged about it.
His mental retardation doesn't shield him from my moral judgement in this case because he was clearly aware.
The great unknown is Barb's condition, and if she went along with this depravity willingly or if he raped her while she was mentally unfit.

If he actually raped his elderly mother, put him in prison and throw away the key.
If not, I am not sure. Group home with lifelong community service maybe.
The asylum would be the same as prison, only that he would get drugged into oblivion, and wouldn't get "better" in any way.
Prison would be so traumatic for him that he would either shape up for the first time in his life, or it would break him.

There really is no "good" solution here, because the act is done and it was so horrific.

I think as this case proceeds, they're going to realise just how far of the deep end he really is based off his interviews and responses to the interrogation proceedings and that the prosecution will soon realise he really should have been put into a mental institution at least a few good years ago now, considering the type of shit he was spouting off on Twitter/YouTube and the few real life interactions we've been able to see on a video he's had.

I'm not from hotdog land myself either, but there are a couple of ways this could end up going down, and I think the autism card will most certainly be used as a defence mechanism and that will mean Chris will not receive a very harsh sentence, but whether they actually diagnose him again to see if he has any other underlying mental health problems (which lets be honest, there are clearly many other things not right in his head that people have pointed out and speculated over the years and years here) then that may mean he will finally end up in an institution where he actually should have been put years ago for his own benefit.

It would do him some good, I'm very interested to see what's going to end up happening to him from this day forward. because it will dictate the progression of the rest of his life, and I think he's completely incapable of repairing his life unless someone is going to take some control over it in some capacity. Getting off mostly scot free, a 5-10 year prison sentence, being chucked in a mental institution for the indefinite future will all create vastly different outcomes for him.

Chris will definitely have to pay for his crimes. Now it's wholly dependent on the legal system as to what that will entail.

If he goes to jail, knowing his vulnerabilities and his inability to survive in a general prison population. (He'd be dead within a couple of months via shanking or something else because Tyrone didn't want to hear about the jerkops, sonichu's arms and the merge again.) He'd be put in one of those low security prisons that they put non-violent sex offenders in.
While the day to day routine and lack of man-child indulgence from the state will be jarring for Chris, he'd be able to serve his prison sentence and maybe with some real discipline at least become reformed enough that he will be able to live outside, carefully monitored and not able to cause too much trouble.

I personally think that he will get off light because of the tism, serve a minimal sentence in soft prison and then be bolt holed by the state somewhere in a flop house.

Now what should happen to Chris? He should have his head shaved, put on meds, no more merge, no more tranny bullshit, no more toys, games, cartoons, no more soft treatment. He should be broken with physical discipline and with enough shock and aversion therapy be made into what Bob had always wished for. A grown man, who despite his major disability is able to be a barely functioning member of society.
