Which is that video where Chris dramatically takes off his glasses and recites:

"All right, let me dispel the rumor and I'm only gonna say this once. Just like it says in the CWCkipedia, the official Sonichu and Rosechu website ever since the trolls got into my account. "I" meaning "myself," "B" specifying who I am, "A" as in "singular" and "Chandler" being my last name. Those three names. You have ruined them for me. In my lifetime. Those three names. Every time I hear any of those names they'll remind me of this whole mess (sighs). They just sound as bad to me as the word 'naive'..."

(of course the above may be inaccurate because I'm writing it from memory.)

The only one that comes to mind is this one: http://sonichu.com/cwcki/HelloLadyFans but he may have done a 'cosplay' video with a towel on his head. As for what does it mean, I guess chris thought it would be sexy, or he did it to try to convince people that he takes showers.

He's been wearing a towel on his head in a lot of the recent videos. Now, if you meant the video where he's wearing a T-shirt on his head...
It was a clever disguise that he donned in an attempt to infiltrate the trolls.
