No, there are a handful of unironic believers in the actual existence of the Old Gods. I have met some of them when I was younger. In Europe, it is more nuanced. Some of them want to follow the pre-Christian beliefs of their ancestors, but don't actually believe in the gods existence per se. They just see them more as an idea than a reality.
