His sister has fully recovered and is actually with him currently in Mexico. I do have an explanation though for why he's like this, and it's black mold. Something he confirmed after I theorized about it. (I also believe he was already a 70iq retard, but the black mold definitely didn't help.)

When this all started I was asking people to stop telling him to kill himself because I didn't have any evidence that he'd done anything wrong and I just wanted to laugh at the funny clown man.

It's because he rayman has no limbs, and Alex has a amputee fetish. He said he does not find rayman attractive, but I doubt that.
