Not only that but once your GPA drops you'd have a hell of a time getting it back up and will have lost all hope of ever getting into graduate school.

I don't even know how people even manage to get A's. If college has taught me one thing it's that I'm a horribly mediocre student not worthy of anything past a B.

I haven't been able to tell my parents even though I dropped out 2 years ago. I still pretend to go there and some days I come home after my parents so that they think I was on a lecture or something. Usually I leave just before my father comes home and go to the library to read some history book and come back home after an hour.

I really do feel bad for their parents. How they pay for their manchild to go to college and he comes back and mooches off them and doesn't leave the bed for months. Even worse the Wizards lie about still attending college when they drop out due to crippling laziness and not having the balls to tell the truth.

These people in general hate the idea that anyone that cares about their lives might actually suffer from depression.

Which also indicates a very jealous part of their personalities. They believe they are depressed and thus they are the ONLY people who SHOULD FEEL DEPRESSED. Never mind that most of them lay in bed all day and wonder out loud why women don't magically blow them.

I wouldn't say these people are depressed, more like they're just really bored and don't have friends or any skills to get any enjoyment. In order to be depressed you had to be happy at one point.

I played that depression game a few times and now I feel depressed And no, I don't have a job, a girlfriend or that many close friends, but I do have higher ambitions than living in my mom's basement and watching anime.

From what I can tell, the depression game is trying to tell you that if you're depressed and don't seek help, it's just going to get worse and screw up your life, which is a good message to tell people. Unfortunately these losers see therapists and other mental health professionals as charlatans who are after their money and won't do any good. From personal experience I can understand frustration with mental health professionals, but not trying to do anything to help themselves is self-defeating.

As horrible as the wizards are, no one deserves to suffer from depression.

While I don't have depression, and I know that I'm not totally right about it, I know that admiting that you have problems and the willingless to work with them, along with looking for new opportunities, can help with the battle.

Well, the purpose of Depression Quest is to help people deal with depression, and since the wizards see any type of help as threatening to their lifestyle, they don't like it, even if they thought it sympathized with them.
