They need to start using AI to flag these tweets and communities, which should be easier due to them having to use specific hashtags to find each other. I seriously doubt there are any legitimate uses of the variations of those groomer or mirror hashtags.

They already have that monitoring. The problem is that it's never actually ENFORCED and wiped out like it should be. Pedos will always try to get their message out because they constantly need new people to groom, which consequently creates more pedos (think those disgusting early porn introduction fetishes). I thought Nitter died with the likes of TweetDeck when they fucked over their API. Also, I shouldn't be recommended things based on clicking one Tweet (I was trying to look at the replies to see what the person was saying because it was so weird I wanted to know if it was real or not) but that's the world we live in.
I use the For You page a lot relative to how much I use Twitter because I don't follow many people and I'm not interested in following anyone other than my friends and a couple of artists, it's fairly tolerable most of the time in my experience.
