You know, if Pat would cut back on some of these streaming services he could pay Quasi. He's got Hulu/Disney Plus, Amazon, and I'm pretty sure Netflix.

British and commonwealth ones, known as Freemen on/of the land, occasionally arrange their own people’s courts in which they issue summons to Judges who have exceeded their authority by following the law or imposing county court judgments over unpaid taxes.
Apparently the Judges surprisingly never show up, so the freemen act as a jury of peers and sentence them to life imprisonment, usually for the charges of piracy, abuse of public office and high treason.
Funnily enough these Judges never appear to complete their prison sentences.
In any case, perhaps Fatrick should try this approach and summon Dan, OnA members and Quasi, so that when none of them arrive, he and a jury he appoints can sentence them all to life imprisonment, invalidate the liens, sue them for all the money they have, and ban them from using phones or the internet for life.
The courts and police will know this is all legal and above board because Fatrick will sign a document in red wet ink.

Nikki is taking on a more active role in this little drama. She may well appear at the contempt hearing. She is not adverse to screaming like her pig. See her interaction with the police, screeching at them through the front door #WhiteTrashMoments. It's in the podcast, or news report somewhere, IIRC. There have been so many recently, I lost track. She may well chimp-out in the courtroom, and the pair could get his and hers contempt citations. She has a smoker's voice too. And very yellow-brown teeth. Another white trash habit, Nikki? At this point I am nearly convinced that Judge Sosnay will jail Patso right after the hearing. Patso has made it clear he has no intention of obeying the court and appearing for the debtor's exam (it was a court order) Judges dislike that sort of disobedience. I'm thinking Patso is jailed, and instructed to have Nikki bring the relevant documents -- the ones requested in the debtor's exam notice-- to him so that the exam will happen while he is in custody. The contempt hearing is a Thursday. Piggy may well spend the entire week-end enjoying 3 hots and a cot.
Or... Patso will invariably do something so profoundly stupid that normal people cannot even conceive. High tail it for Canada in the rustang, with his P90 and wish.com Glock. Either the rustang breaks down on the interstate, and Piggy is apprehended by a state trooper, or Piggy tries to cross the border, childs one of the Canadians and gets his car searched. Canadians don't like Americans smuggling guns into their country, eh, hoser-child.

I agree with your post except for this part. Read up on the judge from earlier in the thread. This guy tears apart lawyers for wearing ascots instead of ties to his courtroom and orders corporations to pay up - he is not going to take any bullshit from Nigki, Pat, or any dumbass lawyer who was stupid enough to take the case.

I guess we'll see if Fatrick caves, but judging from his past legal manuevers he will do the dumbest thing possible. Assuming that, when can Quasi get a lean on Pat's duplex? That's the only asset he has that's worth a damn, unless maybe Quasi takes the rustang and triumph just to crush them into a cube and dump em in Pat's driveway.
Pat running would be an interesting development but doubt it since Pat can't live off the grid. I guess he could move to Florida like OJ Simpson to purposely get out of paying the civil judgement but I think Pat would be dead within a week after childing Florida Man.

Your post jogged my memory that I'd been wondering if his PS90 was actually a .22 bullpup conversion because that would be very Fatso. Recent Pat history has been so dominated by the swatting that it's easy to forget a lot of other retarded things about him besides him being fat. Nobody could ever forget that. Indeed. Everything we've read on this judge has flat-out said he is utterly intolerant of debtors who do not pay, be doubly if not triply so in this case, as Jerry Jen has more than enough evidence that Fat had the means to pay, but chose not to in defiance of the court and the legal court order for a judgement debt. While I'm tempering my expectations, it has been noted by many other more legally-inclined Kiwis such as @AnOminous and @Useful_Mistake that this case will nt be judged on the emotion or 90's movie drama magic Pat's expecting it to. Rather than a grandiose speech, after which the judge and jury suddenly decide he is completely innocent and order Quasi an enemy of the state, he's going to say about 2 sentences, and then will be told to shut the fuck up by the judge, he doesn't give a fuck about any of that. His question is simple. Why didn't you pay your debt (when you obviously could, after reviewing the evidence), and why shouldn't I hold your expansive ass in contempt at this time?
I can only hope this is when Rick decides to start childing the Judge.

I think the pessimism here for me, and likely others, stems from the fact that Lolcows tend to get away with an inordinate amount of bullshit in courts. DSP got of scott free, Ron Toye and his bitch wife won money, and think how long it took Chris Chan to get his legal comeuppance (he had to rape his mom to get any!).
The judge might just be in a good mood on August 24th and that’s all it takes for us to have a nothing burger/ get blue balled.
ETA: as far as I know neither Russel Greer nor Melinda Scott have been found to be vexatious litigants either.

He already has one (at least it has been said in the thread) but I don't know the particulars and it might be flawed somehow. There was some discussion of that. Never try that kind of thing as a do-it-yourself because it's generally technical and the slightest error gets rid of it.
Looking back on the thread I can't see any specifics that would back up there actually being one or, more importantly, that these two bums even have equity in the house.
