Oh shit, and there's no way to delete the evidence for this one either. All that needs to happen is a subpoena sent to Google and/or Nick's ISP and he's fucked. He's even more fucked if this turns into something and they confiscate Nick's electronics, only to discover everything was baleeted or wiped.
