That is inaccurate. I use "Torah" to mean Elohim's instructions generally. I use "The Torah" to refer to a specific book: everything from Genesis to Deuteronomy. This has evolved in my writings. In Messianic and Netzarim circles people use "Torah" to mean all of Elohim's instructions. But I realized over the years that people were displacing The Torah to be less important than The Prophets when in fact The Torah is more important it's the foundation.
