Yeah, nothing in the server suggests GiBi is a pedo and he does have rules against that. What the server does suggest is that he is completely careless with his user base in a way that does border on abuse (ie, inviting sockness in, letting very vulnerable minors give personal details about themselves whenever they want, users going into sex/kinks, bullying, etc), he keeps trying to use these kids and young adults as a personal army to throw at the wall, and he's as autistically obsessed with legos as CwC is. He also really just seems to want to insert himself in everything, in a way that isn't all that objective for a "journalist".
Really, how he treats his fans and the unsafe environment he created to yes-man himself + how willing he is to throw people under the bus and get close to people in the CwC sphere is the shitty part, no pun intended.

Oh, they don't seem to get along with anywhere to be honest, but also a ton of these people are in high school, so makes a lot of sense.
Just some thoughts before I crash.
The stuff that is disconcerning about the server to me is directly related to GiBi. That is to say, his proven willingness to pozload my neghole, to try and gain clout, to toss his followers under the bus, to cozy up to psychic espeon, sockness, cwcki server staff (apparently), or the watchmen, to try and gain clout by "Im in communication with spooky bones, lead investigator", etc.
The dude reeks of shit, and should not be seen as a legitimate source of anything. Thats not because he isn't privy to information, its because he gets so close to his sources and wants to insert himself into the drama and inner circles, leading him to being privy and very vulnerable to misinformation. With the Fiona dox, this is where this is most evident, in that he wanted to get the first scoop on the incest leak so badly, he was willing to play ball with Espeon/Bella, and his own hubris at being higher in the CwCsphere (shit title) led him to ignore criticism on this site. He is not an impartial source of information, is shady, lies when caught red handed, and I just wouldn't trust him as a source knowing how close he is with many of these people and how he seems to like to rub shoulders with him.
Oh, and there is inviting sockness into his server in the first place.
Now, on the server itself, nothing here suggests that GiBi is a pedophile. He actually has rules in place against typical things, as far as I can tell, such as nudes, pedo shit, etc. On occasion it does appear that pedos get banned.
The biggest problem here is that his discord is full of people from younger kids, to high schoolers, to bona fide adults, and they are all mixing in with eachother and there is tons of talk about sex, people asking age, location, etc.
Possibly easy fix, but thats not necessarily the problem. These groups should not mix in the open, and after seeing GiBis posts throughout the general chat, its doubtful that he hasn't taken note of a significant amount of the drama.
He banned sockness at one point, banned another potential pedo when they started hitting on an underaged kid. Good, but not good enough.
You shouldn't have minors revealing themselves as minors every few days. You shouldn't mix these crowds in the open. If you suspect that there are tons of minors in your server (ie lego videos and CwC) and adults, and have no way to vet things, you really should keep the sex shit to a minimum. High schoolers are going to get into that, doubtless, but these aren't the youngest people in your server, and again- you've also got coomers in their 30s and, at one point, sockness as well.
When you realize that you have problems, thats on you to solve them. It's your server, and all I see is "GiBi's thought of the day: If youre getting cyber bullied here, its an R server so you can go fuck yourself" when people want you to address the root of these problems before they leave in frustration.
Frankly, the server seems to exist just to cause either drama or stroke GiBi's ego, and I seriously question why he would even want his name associated with this or allow it to continue. If I managed anything, the moment one potential pedo was spotted, or it turned out there was someone very young in the server, I'd either just tank/delete the server and move on if I was incapable of preventing bad encounters, or get a lot more serious about how things were moderated. Negligence when you know shit is going down, shows how little you care about your impact, like with Fiona again.

Now, to the mods credit, when there is something explicit, they do seem to action it. When it comes to potential bullying, older people hitting on teenagers, children, or what have you though, and you're more on your own/the mods are very lax there. As @A big guy (for you) (who is the most in depth person in here in the GiBi situation) tells me, the server is also advertised as 13+. Whether or not that is actually enforced is another matter entirely.
I will also point out, they also joke around about there being children/kids on their own server. Regardless of if it is true that they are there (again, it could be teenagers claiming to be basically children, we don't know based on text alone), the people in GiBi's server also joke about this and use these exact phrases as well to describe some of their user base, so its not particularly hyperbolic to use their own terminology outside of their discord.

I have heard that Devon's Jannies are actually sweeping now, hope this is the case. They also named several adult users who would bully children until they left, or tried to groom them, these users were only banned after months of this behaviour because they annoyed the mods. Some left on their own. A few are still in the server.
Devon runs a discord server for actual children with 18+ links everywhere and no moderation.
