Crime Two children arrested on suspicion of murdering girl, 16, in Warrington park - The victim is actually a 16 year old troon. The narcissism in this article is off the charts

Two children arrested on suspicion of murdering girl, 16, in Warrington park

Brianna Ghey's body was found on a path in Linear Park in Culcheth by members of the public at 3.13pm on Saturday

A 16-year-old girl has been stabbed to death in a “targeted attack” in a Cheshire park in broad daylight, police have said.

Officers named the victim as Brianna Ghey, who was found by members of the public as she lay wounded on a path in Linear Park, Culcheth, just after 3pm on Saturday.

A 15-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl, both from the local area, have been arrested on suspicion of murder.

Locals paid tribute to the “beautiful” teenager who was described as a “very quiet” person.
Detective Chief Supt Mike Evans of Cheshire police described it as a “targeted attack” during a “busy day” at the park.

“This is a truly awful attack on a 16-year-old girl, who has sadly lost her very short life,” he added.
It is understood that Brianna was born a boy but had been living as a girl for a number of months.

Police say that they do not believe the crime is related to the fact that the teenager is transgender and there is currently no evidence to suggest it is a hate crime. Officers said that they were keeping an “open mind” as to the motive.

Sources told the Telegraph that it remains unclear whether the killer was known to Brianna, but they are treating her death as an isolated incident and they do not believe that there is any risk to the wider community.

Emergency services were called to Linear Park in Culcheth by members of the public at 3.13pm yesterday, Saturday 11 February 2023, after Brianna’s body was found on a path. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

It is understood that the weapon used in the attack has not yet been found.
Brianna's family are being supported by the police.

The teenager had a number of social media profiles and thousands of followers, frequently posting videos miming pop songs whilst in school uniform.

Emma Fortune, who works in Valli Opticians in Birchwood, said Brianna and her mother had been customers of theirs since she started working there seven years ago.

“I last saw them last year,” she said. “Brianna looked gorgeous with her hair down and her make up. Her little face lit up when I told her how beautiful she looked.

'Her mum will be devastated'

‘When I found out she’d been killed it was awful. I was so upset. Her mum will be devastated.”

Residents said they heard that park visitors were asked by police who attended the scene whether they had seen a man “in a green jacket”.

A man said he’d seen police vehicles arriving at the scene, which remained cordoned off on Sunday night as a forensics team combed an area of the park.

Cheshire Constabulary said officers were called to the park at around 3.13pm on Saturday
He said: “The park is very popular and is used by dog-walkers, cyclists and horse riders.

“It’s an old railway track with one main path that branches off further down. Kids sometimes go down at night with bottles of alcohol.

“But this is a quiet area normally, so it’s a bit of a shock this has happened.”
Detective Chief Supt Evans said they were “keeping an open mind and would continue to follow other lines of enquiry that appear”.

He said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who was in the park from around 1.30pm until 4pm yesterday or anyone who may have seen Brianna in the hours leading up to her death. We would ask people and businesses within the local community to check any CCTV or dashcam footage for anything that may aid our investigation.

“I would like to reassure the local community that we are working hard to find those responsible for Brianna’s death and we have extra officers in and around Culcheth supporting the investigation. We also have officers supporting Brianna’s family at this really tragic time.”

I expect Scarlett’s googling herself madly this whole time. Loves the attention; wants more. This is not a kid I see rehabilitating successfully. Might thrive in prison though, as she seems able to identify and latch onto weak minded people. Will she get out in time to spawn a kid herself?

The autist is going to do what he’s told.

Agree and
That would explain why they're claiming it totally wasn't a hate crime. If it were any other circumstances they'd be reeeing about how its genocide and the biggest hate crime ever against troons
Agree and Amplify never was more apt. If I could enlist an army of autistic screechers rite now I would deploy them like Napoleon at Austerlitz.

Unless the thousands of messages from Ratcliff to Jenkinson expressed extreme transphobia, I don't see how calling Brianna as "It" was dehumanising, as the Judge stated.

It seems from all the evidence that has been put in the public domain is that this, and two other comments he made, makes him transphobic. I just don't see it. Maybe they have to throw the press something else to elaborate on.
Unfortunately isn't that the problem with something that is subjective in nature ? Who decides what is and isn't "transphobic" ? Judge Yip ? Because she's read a few law books ? I think this is a problem I increasingly have with authority as I get older - I don't see what makes her opinion more valid than anybody else's in a subjective matter. I suppose society needs someone to make these decisions for it to function.
"It" I suppose is dehumanising in the sense that the thing is then an object if it is not male or female. But, in my opinion, if "it" dresses like a female, "it" is not a male, but if "it" has a cock, "it" is not a female. So in that respect "it" is the most approriate term.
The biggest problem for me is people telling me what I can and cannot think around the issue. I can accept differences of opinion, but that is all it is to me....a difference of opinion. If someone finds my way of thinking offensive, well tough frankly. I will fight to defend my freedom to think freely.
Certainly as you say calling someone transphobic on the basis of a few throw away comments, seems rather typical of how the law in England is when it comes to hate crimes, which is why I consider hate crimes a nonsense. Moreover why is it worse to commit a crime against a minority - are these people "special" ? Surely by singling these groups out for special treatment in this way, all the law is doing is actually enforcing the belief that these groups are different from the rest of the population ( and possibly inferrior because they need extra protection - in the form of greater deterrents ) ?

Jenkinson is facing a sentence equivalent to being found not guilty by reason of insanity in the US, which despite what people want to think is about as dire a thing as you can get. She doesn't get to leave prison until she's no longer a danger. Not probably no longer a danger, not most likely not a danger, but actually not a danger and there's a fair chance that will never happen.
If she was Canadian, she could murder and cannibalize someone in public and be completely free in less than 10 yrs.
On 30 July 2008, Tim McLean, a 22-year-old Canadian man, was stabbed, beheaded, and cannibalized while riding a Greyhound Canada bus along the Trans-Canada Highway, about 30 km (19 mi) west of Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. On 5 March 2009, his killer, 40-year-old Vince Li, was found not criminally responsible for murder, after it was determined that he was schizophrenic, and remanded to a high-security mental health facility in Selkirk, Manitoba, where he was detained until his release on 8 May 2015.[1][2]

Media pushing this hard in Bongland and no normies care. Still.
It's complicated. The issue is is that a lot of politicians went hard on this case, screeching across social media and papers about how it was proof of a genocide as did various news outlets. Then resumed their deathly silence about other stabbing deaths of people of a similar age.

The general public are sympathetic to the victim and their families and sad it happened. They are ecstatic these two are going away. But it's revealed a grotesque double standard where this case got attention entirely because Ghey was trans. So now when other children are killed their parents ask why they are not getting attention across the country with politicians talking about it. The short answer is because juvenile crime is getting worse not better and neither this nor the next government will stop it.

This. Two boys (aged 15 and 16) stabbed to death in Bristol this week. Outrage when a 44 year old is arrested for murder.

Then a 15 and 16 year old are both arrested for their murder. Story goes quiet.

I hope the wardens assign her a "female" cellmate to help overcome her "transphobia".

When a chavs stab, it's expected, when yardies have violent turf wars, it's expected. When a Mirpuri "has a temporary bout of madness unrelated to Islam", it's expected.
When a English girl from a pleasant town guts her classmate like a savage beast... it's novel, and would be even make the news if the victim was male or actually female, straight or gay.

Absolutely. But it still illustrates that the politicians, police and media alike consider stabbed children normal now, unless there's a bit of spice to make it news worthy. Which does not make the populace happy since they don't want that to be the norm.

Harvard's legal expert Alejandra Carabello points out that everyone is mistaken. The real murderer of Brianna Ghey is...J. K. Rowling.

Mate these kids where barely literate, they where moved from other schools in the past due to there learning issues - Rowling or Gervase has precisely 0 impact on these kids deciding to go out an kill another kid, The kid they killed wasn't even the 1st choice that day.

Has Alex ever said something that wasn't jaw-droppingly moronic?

Even DSP has moments where he can correctly point out the obvious. Every time I see this Harvard educator commenting on a news story, he can only give a smug, stupid, and uninformed take.

There's no evidence to even suggest the crime was motivated because the victim was trans, let alone the murder being a part of a genocidal movement led by Rowling. Both the Judge in this case and Carabello ignored the facts to push an agenda.

It's a long shot, but I'd love to see Null's lawsuit cost Alex his Ivy League job. An imbecile mouthing off on X at the drop of a hat and getting embroiled in a libel suit reflects poorly on such an esteemed institution.

I don't know where the CPS got that the idea murder was because of transphobia. There was little evidence in the trial of this, apart from a few remarks. Remarks that were not repeated time after time after time like you would expect from a transphobic (or a racist) killer.

I really believe this remark was added by the CPS simply to appease a very small group of people.

Colour me a transphobe

Words like transphobic, racist, homophobic have lost all meaning to me. Why ? In the society we have now they are only used to be weaponised as tools to attack someone by another group. Being considered a transphobe by someone with a clear agenda, doesn't necessarily make one transphobic in my opinion - and that's all it boils down to is opinions.
Does it suit the CPS and the powers that be to label this transphobic on the flimsiest of actual evidence ? Of course it does, whether it is appeasement to the baying liberal masses or to bow to the tiny minority of agenda driven trans nutters, it is easier for them to do it, than make a stand and be accused of wrong think.
Anybody that is Right wing in their views is now a target by the Left to be labelled some sort of bigot against some minority in society. It's got to the stage where if you aren't out in the streets protesting for these fruity little clubs that you're seen by them as being against them or persecuting them in some way ( the whole lunacy of the "silence is violence" brigade ). It's the same as all this "proud advocate" nonsense ( there are often talks and meetings at big corporations about it now ) where people are supporting causes that have nothing to do with them because they want the ass pats from their fellow libertards. Proud advocate = cucked moron, to me.
It seems the days of live and let live making you liberal are over and that attitude certainly isn't seen as liberal enough by the Left, or it would seem the CPS.

The British courts and wider legal system gleefully protected the new names of Jamie Bulgers killers. Even after their subsequent convictions they seemed to take pleasure in telling the public they would continue to protect their identities.

In this case however the judge names the Ghey's killers and makes a point of releasing snippets of Audio of her sentencing to the media, just for added asspats.

One of Ghey's teachers stuck her head above the parapet to point out that Ghey was a nightmare at that school, and had to be removed from class and taught separately not because she was a victim of bullying but for being a consitantly disruptive element. The legal defense team in the best traditions of the British Legal profession, did the absolute minimum, allowed both children to give dozens of hours of interviews to the Police and just ushered them to a conviction while pocketing the legal aid. They allowed a few references to Ghey being trans to make the whole motive for the killing seem to be transphobia.
