Add a clause that requires the word NIGGER to be in the copyright text and call your new license the Alpha Gigachad Public License (AGPL)

That's the thing though, its not licensed under GPLv3, but GPLv3+NIGGER, which is a different license. If they were the same, it would be GPLv3.
