No, Nick is just a terrible driver with no regards for the safety of anyone around him. The rural areas often have little enforcement, outside of small towns looking to make cash from tickets, but you soon learn which those are and adjust accordingly. But Our Husband is too smart for any of that!

It took me longer than it should have but I think I'm finally able to imagine what must be going on in his mind and I think I understand why it took me so long to reach this conclusion. His cognition is a black hole devoid of spirituality or morality and the only reason he is not as evil as he could be capable of is that he is pathetic and lazy. Imagine what a man with an actual drive and the same lack of morals could be capable of with the resources handed to him freely by his absolutely permissive parents.

This is true, but if you've read and studied The Bible all your life like I have you would know that even Jesus himself didn't bother trying to save unrepentant narcissists like Nick Rekieta. In fact he literally walked away from them because there was no point in trying to change a reprobate mind.
God is the only one capable of truly humbling a narcissist like the story of King Nebudchanezzar II of Babylon whom God made get on his knees and eat grass off the ground for seven years like cattle. I actually see Nick as very similar to the hypocritical Jewish Pharisees, and not just because of his stereotypical giant coke snorting honker, but because he is the same wealthy, condescending know it-all type who questioned Jesus. Some of the things Nick has said about Jesus just plain anger me, but that's why Jesus took one for the team so an arrogant faggot NPD like Nick could blaspheme all he wants, but in the end there will be consequences!

The only reason I can think of for having trouble registering vehicles would be that he also don't have insurance. They will not do the registration if you can't present proof of insurance.

If its not that, its just sovereign citizen level insanity.

It is not remotely normal. Minnesota must be extremely fucked up, because if you got this many tickets and for such obviously illegal things, you'd eventually get hauled off in cuffs and forced to pay it or do the jail time that is often only a theoretical possibility on traffic tickets. In many states, real states, not failed states like Minnesota, they have an annual thing where they haul off scofflaws with a bunch of parking tickets.

Apparently they've decided in Minnesota that you can just basically ignore all laws and not get arrested because it's racist to enforce laws. Or something.
