Antarctica is in its summer cycle. Also in the post itself it says he was breaking the rules when he started streaming. Was the rule retarded and unjust? Maybe, but he still broke it.

The damning thing with Goode was the video from the PoV of the officer she struck. You can see her looking straight at him as she gunned the engine and spun out. She knew he was there and was willing to hit him if he didn't jump out of the way. She never considered the other option of him shooting her because she was trying to hit him with her car.
