In all honesty, if she wins she’ll probably take a victory lap before fading into obscurity. She’ll probably get grossly fat (while calling herself rubenesque) as she edges closer to 40 and years of booze, ketamine and WOP genes push her over the edge. She’ll probably exit this world the same way Jane Margolis did.

That said, the silver lining to her winning is Jeff goes away too. He and his retard and spick orbiters will be too afraid to say anything out of fear of being sued, effectively reducing them to Luke Rudkowski style cucked non-tent where you talk in circles and say nothing (not that they say anything meaningful now). Couple that with them not having a retarded cokehead Canadian kike on the Casino promoting them.

There's a possibility JT is screwing around with discovery and could end up sanctioned. I'm not sure this is the case and don't know enough to determine the actual facts. Basically the parties disagree on what happened.

If the claims made by Alyssa are true, sanctions could include ruling they've waived the personal jurisdiction requirement by not complying with discovery. Remember though that Alyssa and counsel could be lying.

Other than the fact that some discovery is ordered, we learn nothing since it was discussed on the phone and we have no transcript.
Alyssa could make up whatever she wants here, or pay for the transcript so we can all have a laugh.

Nothing in there on sanctions, so I imagine they are trying to pretend that a potential ruling on fees down the line are the sanctions.

Still, Jeff fucked around and tried to play retarded games over discovery, and lost at least in part.
He lucked out the judge appears to see this as normal lawsuit bullshittery or just Jeff being a retard, rather than actual malicious conduct.

Whatever side looks better in that phone hearing should pay for the transcript to gloat.

The judge clearly state that issues were discussed "on the record" [EDIT: In the docket entry regarding this hearing] , and the phone number was clearly posted publicly, pretending as if this was some kind of "in-chambers administrative meeting" is absolutely retarded.

This was a public hearing, held via telephone and ANYONE could dial in to listen.

And its child's play to have an AI transcribe the live-call while it is happening and then refine it by adding the various speaker names.
Once again Ron Coleman is too tech illiterate to understand basic AI functionality, the call did not have to be recorded to be transcribed in this manner.

You're not supposed to make unauthorized recordings and while the issue has never been tested, courts are really not very fond of recent AI shenanigans. I doubt the judge will be amused even if it's (probably) not sanctionable.

What I was trying to say is that it is not required to make an audio-recording, which is saved somewhere, to generate a transcript.
I was assuming the rules on "unauthorized recordings" were specifically referring to audio/video recording of proceedings, not "note taking" of public proceedings.

In my opinion live transcription of a public hearing would not fall under that.

At some point there has to have been something for that bot to analyze, unlike with an actual human transcribing in real time. Also I don't really believe the claim it was just done directly from the stream. I think that's a lie and they actually did save a copy.
