Sandy Springs officials on June 17 had filed a complaint in Fulton Superior Court against the two owners of 5785 Northside Drive NW and two event operators.


“As the complaint outlined, there are two commercial events planned for June 19 and 26. This is proactive step to cease commercial uses in a residential neighborhood,” Coffer said.

City Council passed an ordinance on June 14 that banned ticketed events or events at houses rented for parties in residential neighborhoods. The action was in response to a growing number of complaints about houses being used for large events that caused excessive noise for neighbors, with partygoers engaged in reckless driving and causing parking issues.


The June 17 complaint claims the defendants are operating a business in a residential area, holding events such as cooking classes, comedy shows, jams sessions and a food and wine festival.

Some people become wise via stories and books, others need the absolute life beat out of them with bats until they become enlightened. Jet is in the latter camp. He wont learn to get a fucking industry lawyer until the company and show is on deaths door and likely by then the interest will be long gone.

MAJOR LEAGUE SWAGCRASH OUT : Frank Hassle vs Burt and Greg in the Burt discord

QRD:
  • Greg unfollowed Frank on twitter right after he left the Greg Cube for unknown reasons
  • Frank started spilling the beans on Greg in Burt's discord as retaliation
  • Burt is still angry with Frank from their beef that happened months ago after their IRL streams together but Burt's mods and most of his fanbase like Frank and are on his side
  • Frank was made a mod on Burt's discord despite Burt's requests to have him banned
  • Frank has been talking a lot of shit on Greg and Burt in Burt's discord for the past couple days and Burt occasionally hops in to argue with him

  • Frank says that Greg quits every show he runs in crying fits and requires constant validation and encouragement to continue
  • Says Greg uses his twitter to milk validation from his fans by posting selfies and vagueposts about his depression
  • Says Greg has a holier than thou attitude towards the fishtank community

Are we sure this is actually the house? Looking at the clips they've been posting leading up to the show, I don't see any mics or cameras in all the clips that have this house. Also looking at the pictures, none (that I can see, doesn't look like there are pictures of every room) match the others that have supposedly been leaked, the ones that look like liminal spaces, or the ones with trees and a sort of nature scene painted on the wall. Is it possible production is just renting and staying at this house while they set up the actual set elsewhere?

I could be completely wrong, but assuming these videos they've been posting were actually filmed in the last week or two, they haven't even started mic or camera setup yet if this is the actual Fishtank house they're planning on using. Seems suspicious to me.

EDIT: Nevermind, as Dust Buns pointed out, looks like there is a camera set up here. So I assume those other "liminal" type of spaces would be setup in those upstairs bedroom looking areas.

The ""fanbase" isn't at fault when Jet is just too retarded to follow zoning laws by now. Assuming this is the house where the stream will be and they do get shut down then no one in production has learned anything from any of the previous seasons.
All the fanbase can do is make it happen faster.
 
frank is just as retarded as any of the fishtank orbiters that he likes to make fun of. keeps posting vague pictures on twitter about how hard he "hassled somebody" and yet not a single video has been released in years (that I know of). I don't know why he thinks he's any better than any of these other jobless losers with no prospects? who is he kidding?
