Bingo/Bongo has successfully identified JD as the Pocky thief. Unfortunately, they are retarded and unable to read instructions, and fined him $60. Their job specifically states they can fine only as low as $8 and as high as $12. They correct it and fine him $12.

They then accuse Landon of being the vape thief. He empties his pockets but OH NO! It's just an autistic amount of head bands for some reason! They picked one of the few people in the tank that don't vape as the vape thief! They leave the bedroom soon after.

I watched part of one of their videos to Hassle.

I think it's safe to say that if you put both of their IQ's together you *might* get an average IQ.

It's like they each got half of a single brain when conceived.
