If production doesn't make some kind of job out of getting people to try to get Landon to eat the most random things, they're sleeping on the job. Just make it a challenge for the day. Fill the house with a bunch of food and unknowingly(to Landon) all day the most niche thing someone can get him to eat wins.

Bingo/Bongo are the only ones actively listening to the harpist, and they are falling asleep. Everyone else is fixated on Bam's alphabet he made up while in rehab and trying to learn it, talking over the music.
 
During Dinner and a Show Bam Margera is absolutely mind boggled and locked in on Landon's dietary habits. Can you imagine an autist sperg that has never had Mac & Cheese???
