That footage works perfectly for me.
I downloaded the broken footage and the video stream is a weird variant of h264 (High 4:4:4 Predictive?). I am not an expert in this kind of stuff so you might need to ask @cohle or @Autistic Integrity , they seem knowledgeable.

I would say change your OBS output settings to standard H264 or re-encode the videos with FFMPEG (accelerate it with NVENC to be quick). I tested re-encoding it and not only did it work perfectly on firefox, the video size dropped from 450mb to only 41mb with no drop in quality. Half a gigabyte for a 30 second clip is insane and there were seemingly 6 different audio streams in the original video file too.

There's been at least a dozen TTS shouting at him that these are just shitty ChatGPT letters. He doesn't believe them.
