They did not look into her background much at all - they just saw the resemblance to Vicky. That they needed to justify and defend the pick is funny to see given how little thought went into it.

It helps that they used to give out Fishbucks for challenges with the cell being especially worthwhile. Immunity alone doesn't seem that urgent to them it seems. Same for whatever cash they get for the market - it doesn't seem to have much of an impact on their quality of life.

This has nothing to do with anyone's "ego" Frank would have gotten hit for the shit he does in literally any other situation, the only reason he doesn't is because the production is protecting him.

He sucks because he won? He was told that he could not physically force people out of the room anymore, and managed to convince the remaining 3 to leave without lying, throwing piss/vomit or other forms of psychological torture; like him or not he earned it.
