Fuck Doomers, I made Cheese Fries.

Recipe for others that don't have Portesi around them:
  • Precooked frozen pizza crust, you might not have it as an option, or want to use fresh dough which is fine, but I thought premade frozen would be more authentic
  • Garlic butter - I got preblended stuff, you can go as fancy or ghetto as you like
  • Shredded Mozzarella cheese - Fresh medallions would probably be better, but again I'm going for authentic so I went for basic shredded part skim stuff
  • Italian 4 season blend - Not exact what Portesi uses, which is garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and oregeno, but it's what I had around and the butter was already plenty garlic-y
Spread the garlic butter over the crust, cover in cheese and then seasoning. I think Portesi puts the garlic butter over the cheese, but that's gonna be a hassle spreading with a butter knife, and so on the crust is a lot easier. Bake until cheese is starting to crisp up. Most importantly; Cut it into long straight pieces, DO NOT CUT UP LIKE PIZZA!

Pretty good, I can see how a Janny could scurvy-max with it.

One of the challenges this season needs to be re-enacting scenes from movies and TV shows and the twins absolutely need to re-enact this.
