They're probably paying him way too much for the level of nothing he does though, so that's kinda funny.

If they expected him to be more outrageous, they would have allowed him to do things like tar and feather people. They only wanted him to carry it out in the kitchen for easier cleanup. After that incident, they became frustrated with the fish for keeping it and took it away from Drake and JD when they were about to throw it at Vicky.

But maybe you are right, maybe he has just calmed down now, I only think it's them shooting his ideas down because of how they reacted to the fish using the Molasses against Vicky, pretty sure Jet told the fish not to destroy the house either. wish is a huge L. The house's deterioration is important to the fishtank; it makes it a really unwelcome place to be. It also parallels the fish's mental state.

If I were him I’d try to get Emma or James Drake. The best choice in terms of the show would be JD, though.

Bashir eliminates Anissa who was going home anyway. What a fucking loser. Actually a bad player.

On the other hand, it's a good thing he's so stupid, he might have fucked things up for production by eliminating real competition.
