JD absolutely watched previous seasons, thought that he wasn't as much or a freak as the other guys on the show, and could easily pull the level of woman that appears on Fishtank. Not realizing that A: it's a lot harder to manipulate retarded women when they aren't isolated and know thousands of eyes are on them 24/7 with constant chaos going on around them, and B: he's not that good at it to begin with and even if he were TTS would call it out immediately.

He also probably thought that it would be a cake walk and he'd walk away with the money easy, hence why he took two weeks off unpaid. Which is part of why I think he quit. He realized he wasn't gonna get laid, he probably wasn't gonna win, and it was starting to effect his relationship/the risk of people digging into him and finding something was growing. So he decided to call it quits, go back to work early instead of missing two weeks of pay for no reason, and work on manipulating away the issues he was starting to have with his GF.

yeah thats true, you also see that happening with apprentices that work for trades men, like how these trades men hase their new guy by fucking with him, like telling him to go get the spark plugs or making him do something stupid, everyone watches those videos thinking they would not do something that dumb but they probably would, cause its not about if they are dumb or not its also about the situation they are in. they are in a new place, probably nervous and this figure of authority a boss is telling them to do something so they are going to do it. its even worse for the fish cause they are completely cut off from the world and the internet.

Didn't know that, I missed a lot of the start, so didn't see that. I should have clarified as well, I mean, he never sat down in the confessional and spoke to the fans, like what the others did apart from Emma anyway
