I like the direction this season. There hasn't been a single "real" elimination unless Anissa counts, who was walking either way. The natural order has become:

• Can they deal with the format and other fish? No? Victoria and Charity gone.
• Can they deal with the real life consequences of playing this game? No? JD, Anissa and Bezo gone.

Then, they've done a good job pushing for the third scenario:

• Who is the most boring fish? Emma soon to be gone.

edit: Also it would've been a tragedy if the competition aspect of Fishtank allowed Bashir to stay eliminated. He grew on everyone, just needed some time for his personality to shine through.

I think every season has to figure out how to work with their cast. Friendtank works well with this group, and I think that's why Laura and Alex B is a much more disruptive force than Frank Hassle. Hassle quit working in Season 3 when the Fish started fighting back and I think this cast would just immediately do that. He'd just be a more aggressive Beth. Season 3 worked best with outlandish situations, Season 4 could be a more more aggressive with each other.

Alex B they want to like as fans and now have to deal with as a person. Laura can integrate and stir up shit from with in Friendtank. I think at this point she's spent on who she can mess with, but I wish she had come in earlier.

Hope I'm not late. But Jet just gave lore that TJ by a stroke of fate just happened to bump into Binx on a connecting flight when she had landed to come to the house, and he was not planned. Jet reached out to see if he wanted to step in and make a cameo, but he did not respond.

He did respond. Jet said he came to the house and spent 3 hours dithering before eventually leaving. Glad to hear that. Personally I think Jet and Co. saw the backlash after Bam leaked TJ was there and nixxed the idea.

Missed that part due to distractions. Honestly a good call, Binx and Alex are already dominating too much attention.

Plus JD's cameo in blood games is more fitting for him. Not sure what he would add to an actual season house at this point

...Yes? There's a big difference between dumping milk on somebody's head and/or swapping the food in the fridge versus Frank Hassle sniffing panties or beating a slant-eye unconscious. You need a dash of Hellhouse to keep the tension up, and then amplify it as the season goes on (unless you get a Rachel).
Moreover, I'd argue the minor inconvenience is the point. A lot of the fishtoys are essentially childhood bullying, which will inevitably lead to a crash out. It's death by a thousand cuts.
If I want to watch a true Hellhouse and see people get tortured, there's a Ukrainian rapist out there who can satisfy that need. I'll stick with the unibrow mutt rapist otherwise.

I just made an account on this site because of how mad I am at fishtank from the shit that happened early this morning. I’m not some fucking doomer loser but this season had a lot of great moments and just get ruined by production and this season could of been amazing if production actually knew how to run a fucking show, I understand this is a 24/7 show and I know there is down times but the shit production pulls every season just shows how incompetent they really are especially with Bam involved.
Bam isn’t bad but production has squandered his potential, they claim he is a host but his hosting abilities have been dog shit and production helped with that. He comes up without any info on whats going on so when there is a challenge he is clueless with whats going on and jet or ben act like the host, Why is that happening? Jet should be telling him this is what the plan is for today and then he should go up and act like a host not some dude that is a fan walking around talking to the fish and then spoils shit for the actual real viewers cause he has done this multiple times now. I don’t see Bam as a host, he is just a dude who gets to watch the show from within the house and interact with the fish.

So the fish this season aren’t so bad but again like production squandered Bams potential they do the same shit with the fish and some questionable fish they added this season for example Charity why did they even get her on the show? Its an old filipino woman of course she wouldn’t be able to handle what the show is and on top of that this season has been really nice to the fish, which is fine but they do need to be tortured from time to time which they do with the lack of sleep shit but i think that is just dumb and gay most people aren’t watching the show at 3 or 4 am and then when the fish wake up they are too tired to even perform.

What is even the truth with Bezo? Because him leaving so fast was gay as fuck did production kick him or did he wanted to leave? Who the fuck knows and if they kicked him off they are morons. If he wanted to leave then production casted the wrong person like they did with Charity.
I see people crying and bitching about Vicky but she brought content into the tank, I didn't like her but she did play a good antagonizer role but she was a pussy for any consequences which I don't blame production for not seeing that type of stuff. It happens that people pussy out when people start targeting them.

Anissa was ok at best, don’t have much really to say about her besides of her weird mentality of just wanting to leave all of a sudden. It feels like she was only casted because of her name because her audition tape wasn’t great but all peoples audition tapes suck, but Ben and Jet didn’t even pay attention to her audition tape and they just assume shit and liked her name and we all know what that name means to these wiggers.

So all the fish did have this social tactic to calm everyone down which is fine you need factors in the house that calm everyone down from time to time, but JD was all that he was just some fag who would calm everyone down by being annoying, JD sucked lets be really all he did was just walk around and talk like a fucking bimbo. Production only wanted to keep him in the house because of the TTS and they wonder why people get mad at them, JD was way worse then Vicky as an entertainer. Jet and Ben watched his audition tape and got him on the show another why? He was such a fucking fag in his audition tape and wouldn’t bring much to the table, the funny thing is the only entertainment he was is when people started to dig into his life and found info on the guy like he being a huge fag being in a 3 way relationship or being with a trans person. We got some intresting things from him when the info of his relationship life started to be the factor in the show and then some random girl who might or not of been his girlfriend came in as the robot which was good, but then he left like the fag he is and lets be really he is a cuck or dating a trans person.

Now I am going into the fish that are still in the house. The twins are ok, they do funny things from time to time but someone did say they are just background decoration and I would have to 100% agree with that statement. I do think the fishtank community don’t know what they want because certain people want hell house and the others don’t but seems like everyone wants no one to touch the twins and leave them, this show is about torturing retards and every season has people where the community wants to baby and protect so they coast all the way to the end and be nontent, the twins aren’t nontent but they are treated really good so then what is this show if its not about torturing retards?

Bashir the Muslim, he has his moments but most of the time he sucks, no one pushes him to do content and that goes for the whole season how the fish are just babied. The tank has gone light on most of the fish but Bashir could be great if they fuck with him. There have been moments he had great content when people pushed him but after he was eliminated and brought back he has been pretty boring and is now playing a game to stay low to win which is a great example to not bring fish back as a contestant once they leave or are eliminated. Most of the fish aren’t entertaining when they aren’t pushed, they have potential but production time and time again gives the fish a reason to not give us content.

Emma just sucks alone; she needs someone she can manipulate into doing things and egging them on, which can be fine if she can do things that are entertaining on her own, but she doesn’t do that. A common theme with all the fish is that TTS gives us content for example when Emma was reading that love letter and the TTS was making fun of her boyfriend commenting suicide and ben trying not to laugh. After Emma was giving us content by trying to throw Bashir’s shit out the door she broke down and now does nothing and cries. She was crying while I was writing this in the computer lab with Blaine next to her. She seems weak as fuck she cries when she gets pushed to doing content now, she needs to go, I think she might be the worse fish ever on the show’s history.

A lot of people like James Drake because he is the Chad type but he has done some entertaining things and feels like he doesn’t belong in this season. I think he should have been on season 3. He would of been way better for season 3 then 5 but here he is and is great he did changed how fishtank is played by the fish but this show they pick morons as contestants so this was a nice change to fishtank but he is clueless on how the show is run so he has been one of the reasons why this season has been light on the fish but I do think if he gets pushed he will fight back but there is no one that shown up to the tank to give him a reason.

I leave Landon last because he is the best part of this season he knows how to be entertaining without the push by freeloaders or production or even TTS, but with what happened this morning Landon fell into the cuck position and I am really mad that he didn’t use the nuke and just dumped it down the toilet, that one moment shows what season 5 is. If the nuke was deployed onto Alex B this would of been the best season, but instead we got this outcome instead which just shows you what season 5 is, “It did move but it wasn’t a hard on” -GayD that quote resonates with season 5.I should have known he wouldn’t used it because production made him the janny of the season and he accepted it.

So I already wrote a lot so I will go fast with the freeloaders, Head was a good freeloader that made things light at first which is how it should be and as the season goes on things should get harder and so Head being the first freeloader was a good thing. Beth wasn’t so bad she was just a worse version of Vicky but production only kicked her cause of the potential flooding of the rental which is dumb they have a rental but here we are we can’t damage the fucking floors because production don’t want to pay for it. Mr.Naked was a pedo and production wouldn’t have known this so they kicked him out when that info came out of discord, who knows how he would have been but he was a nasty person even without the whole discord pedo shit i think he would have hurt the girls. He was a terrible pick. Caroline only showed up because they wanted a reaction from James Drake and they didn't get it so they kicked her off the show. Laura is amazing and is one of the best freeloaders the show has ever had and you can debate she might be the best freeloader. Blane is ok but is slowly being drowned out. Antara is great to the show. Alex B was great at the start and I wish he got his light knocked out of him by James, we all know that won't happen. Alex B has been getting really fucking annoying now and just yells in a loop all the time to the point now its not funny and he just needs to get fucked up physically and mentally because the only reason he came on is that production can make money off TTS as its with how fishtank is sent up they only care about scamming their fans instead of trying to improve and make a good show. Binx why is she here? Just to fuck with Alex? Because that shit only lasted a few minutes or an hour now she is back to being boring like season 3.

Sorry for writing so much and thank you if you read it all but I think I might be done with the season and Alex B kind of shows what production cares about which is just annoying to me because they just want to scam the fans, Yesterday the director cam has been mostly on Alex and he as fucking annoying all day and so is today so far. There have been improvements this season but production dropped the ball on other things again.

They did it in S1 and it didn't even make it through one season. It takes several hours for cranking it up or down to have any noticeable effect on the fish, and then someone will just pay to turn it the other way so it's a complete waste of time and doesn't really do much to make it hell house.

I'm going to attempt to defend Emma a bit here. It feels like any resemblance of momentum she had got completely killed when they brought Bashir(who she eliminated) back.
Don't get me wrong, she was no content queen before that but I can definitely see her going "So nothing fucking matters huh?" and not feeling like trying anymore.
