Dumbgay just says stuff. Hes retard IQ but genius level confidence, bloodgames happened once in the summer so he's confident he detected a pattern. Frank was on the show before so of course he'll be on now. This is how the Dumbgay mind works.

I do call him Dumbgay for a reason, he often speaks without actually knowing things like hes an expert on something. He could just be assuming there will be a season this summer since hes retarded, but he often spoiled things on twitter relating to the show just because hes a dumb retard and doesn't know what to keep secret or not.
Jet also likes to keep big projects under wraps until he knows they are ready, so him saying no BG2 is not a definite. Wigger's also just lie all the time to fuck with people.
