Loomer's malpractice lawsuit against Ron Coleman has been dismissed with prejudice after a settlement was apparently reached.
This happens after the evidentiary hearing was heard on why Ron Coleman should be included in the settlement she previously reached with the lawfirm Ron worked at previously.

No further details available at this time if Ron Coleman prevailed and got himself included, or if he reached a separate settlement with Loomer.
