Given the kinds of "products and services" they're peddling (one of the ad copies started "rather than waiting for the next IRS letter or closed bank account" ... Depends on context. In some circumstances (i.e. you're a PC repair shop and a customer's computer has a "OBVIOUS CSAM DO NOT OPEN" folder on their desktop), it's pretty much expected you'll at least open it to take a quick look, and if something "untoward" is evident, you're expected to report it to the authorities and then your boss (in that order, for obvious reasons).

Wisconsin is cold and/or frozen like six months of the year. There are 2 months of perfect weather, one in spring and the other in fall and summer is like Satan’s asshole. I’m in a nearby state and it was 80 degrees today. The Midwest is definitely more conservative in how they dress but there are still some thotties running around, particularly in the cities and at the lake beaches
