Vine was long before TikTok, and was only 6 seconds. But some of them were kind of funny.
Remember when YouTube used to have video responses? It was great when two retards broke down and started shouting Nigger at each other. I think that was the first thing they broke before requiring you to open a Google account to reply to videos.

Funny you say that, since YouTube already has problems moderating content on their platform even with their automated Temu censorship bots and a billion jeets at their disposal. What's the point? I don't think those are GIFs. If you right click and save, it saves as WebP (just a single frame). If you inspect the comment in your browser, you won't find "gif" anywhere. I think those must be animated WEbPs.
