A few years back, Karl Jobst uploaded videos accusing a company called Wata Games of fraud over inflated retro video game prices. These videos were later used as evidence in a lawsuit filed against Wata Games.
About a month ago, this case was killed because the Plantiffs failed to respond to an order to show cause by March 31st, and was dismissed without Prejudice. Keep in mind they had Five Months to make a response. Come discuss Karl taking yet another L here.
OFCOM lawsuit fuckery updates:
1: they fined Sanctioned Suicide for 950k British Pounds for noncompliance, despite needing to use a VPN to get through the geoblock. Payment is not coming.
2: On an entirely different front, Twitter/X has fucking caved to OFCOM (The censorship arm of UK). As part of this deal, Twitter is obligated to resolve reports by UK government within 24 hours, and report to UK every 12 months on how well they tackled "illegal hate", so that UK could "monitor [X's] performance"

A YouTuber named Internet Anarchist made a video on ChibiReviews. Already within a couple hours Lolicons and Chibi are coping hard on Xitter and in the comments.
There is a pedophile controversy going on in the gaming world. The head Community Manager in the video game Sea of Thieves community (multiplayer pirate game made by Rare) is accused of protecting a pedophile named Bruno for over a year. Bruno is said to be a 30 year old who regularly interacts with players who are 15 to 16 years old.
