Although, given the fact that this Yuni tweet specifically mentioning roommates and 'intentional sabotage' was posted within minutes of her delaying the Pippa stream due to 'neighbors', I wouldn't be that surprised if the term "neighbor" is actually just code for room/housemate. It seems to match up pretty well. And to briefly do some mental-gymnastics, her housemates would technically be her neighbors, since they have different rooms.
Or maybe I'm a schizo and she really does just have both horrible housemates and horrible neighbors at the same time. That's also possible. But it would be very sad.
