i mean...afaik testifying essentially against yourself is never good because it just gives the state more ammo. Loulz/Fatlaska are testifying to something on camera from multiple angles in an attempt to 'prove they did nothing wrong' because they believe they can talk anyone into believing them. The defense is legitimately a retard.

If Baked doesn't get anything over this it wouldnt surprise me because it would confirm his fed handlers don't want him in jail. Why? idk. But the dude is claiming he was threatened which is why he turned his back to the threat to pull out pepper spray.

What has this country become when Timmy is the one on trial instead of the bouncer for his flagrant act of attempted murder? Basically if you go into a business start filming without permission endlessly harass the bouncer and get the business 100 calls, the bouncer shouldn't be allowed to push you out of the entryway you've completely blocked, then you should also be allowed to follow up when he's standing still with Mace because his foot moves when he pushed you. Makes sense to me. I really hope the prosecutor shows the montage of Baked macing people which is on YouTube, should get him a year in prison. Personally for all the shit he's pulled and the fact he's a menace to the entire US population/world and lowers the IQ of anyone he talks to he deserves to get at least 5 years maybe in that time he will re-educate himself and realize that the garbage content of Buzzfeed was still more intellectual than what he currently reads/watches.

Spray doesn't have to hit directly to fuck you up. I was in a tent when a can of bear mace went off and literally everyone was fucked from a second or two spray.

Your bodies sensitivity to the stuff is incredible. Later on, we were hiking and immediately knew the group ahead had got hit by a bear because our sinuses began burning. All that from being like, 100 yards downwind.
