The best part of tonight is that chins JUST came back from an in person hospital visit where her doctor asked her about her job and she showed her doctor her youtube channel.
I wonder if her doctor tuned into this live stream and is sitting at her desk, stethoscope around neck watching as her diabetic patient is stuffing her face full of gooey chocolate donuts.

We can now only assume her doctor is watching every stream she can from now on. Wonder if that will get her dropped from her PCP as an unresponsive patient or whatever they call that.
From St Hubert's Beeze part 1: She's lying about the details of her "Dr Appointment" (if there even was one) This sounds like it was an intake appointment for the WLS qualification process not an appt with her "family doctor" who coordinates the medical treatment of her numerous health problems, oversees her prescriptions and manages her medical records.
NO doctor would react to a patient confessing that they have been self-medicating with 150 mg THC edibles daily (an outrageous dose of THC and a VERY understated estimate of her actual intake- which I have observed to be 400+ mg daily for months ) in such a blase manner. First, she would be immediately disqualified from WLS referral process. I strongly doubt her Dr would prescribe any antidepressant knowing she's taking that much THC. I'm also pressing

Her recounting of their conversation about her diabetes was fictional. Claiming she doesn't know whether she actually is diabetic or not, total bullshit. She lists off a litany of tests she is required to do- "a colorectal cancer screening thing, a colonoscopy, I need to get checked for diabetes...like, that needs to be controlled" She claimed she is "being referred to psychiatry" "I don't feel the same way about THC as my doctor does and I don't know what to do" Claims she expressed concern about the pain her umbilical hernia is causing her but the Dr just waived it off saying they would correct it during the WLS procedure

She said multiple times that she weighed herself today but never once said she confirmed her weight on the Dr's scale.
Last minute in-person Dr appointments are typically 15-20 minutes yet Chantal describes a nice leisurely chat with her Dr about her YouTube channel, how it works, how much she makes, her haters, etc and this overworked health care provider was SO fascinated and intrigued by the whole thing that she pulled up Chantal's channel on the computer in the room right then and there, checked out a video and Proclaimed, like, "I should become a YouTuber"

She changes the subject to declare that she no longer binges, she just eats her fill when hungry and leaves the uneaten portion. Just minutes later, she tells us that her meal last night was so unsatisfying, the cheese sticks were cheap and oily fake cheese, she's totally jonesing for St Huber's cheese sticks (which have been ordered and are enroute to the Luxury Villa™ as she's driving there herself) and their marinara sauce.
She then talks about how she's pretty sure it's legal for her to read her chat or text at stoplights...her chat quickly disabuses her of this notion yet she's back to claiming that she doesn't know/understand when it is/is not legal to look at her phone or take her hands off the steering wheel when driving her vehicle.
As she sits in the parking lot of her apartment complex waiting for the food delivery, she realizes that she's lost so much weight in her gunt that she is now svelte enough to be able to reach down while sitting in the driver's seat and pee into a jar with a "pee funnel"
Soon, we see her scarfing down a huge box of chicken, fries (each mouthful accompanied by a swig of gravy from a tub) and an order of rice. She follows that by ordering an enormous box of at least 2 dozen fried dough balls dripping with sugary sauces and shoving them down her gullet while slurping and sucking her filthy sausage fingers. But she never binges any more.
