I've never heard of NCH Software, but damn do they have a lot of robust free software with cross-program integration.
Christ, I sound like a shill.
MixPad + WavePad is replacing Audacity for me for audio recording/editing.
Debut + VideoPad is replacing Shotcut for me for video recording/editing.
DrawPad is replacing Microsoft Paint for me for image drawing/light editing, but GIMP still has more editing functions for heavy editing.
I played around with their streaming software, Broadwave, but OBS is still better.

What made you replace shortcut? Cause I've used it a far amount and haven't felt the need to move to something else yet.

So I've really taken a liking to Irys and even gotten over her character design. Her Dark Crystal puppet design is kinda charming after a couple months of watching her streams. The girl definitely has a lovely personality. However, her mouth tracking is fucking awful and I don't respect it. That rigger should be hanged in minecraft.

Probably due to her old idol-ish avatar was really really suit her image now a nephalem dark soul/Diablo theme might throw people off. Hopefully her next casul outfits and design would be more simple and idol like AZKi

Really strange since these arent randos either, they're recommended creators who lots of people have used before.
Maybe the pressure of making something for someone more well known is getting to them.
Nobody wants to end up being the guy who rigged rhombus shark

I'm not really much into video editing other than basic clipping, so I'm not really married to Shotcut.
I am a smooth-brain for most software, and VideoPad is more my speed for simple things.
Hand-holding UI layout is nice.
May go back to Shotcut if I need too, but video isn't really my thing, and there's enough of us on that bandwagon.
I'm just going to continue playing around with picture shoops and get back into music creation.
