Phil was probably trying to look like a big shot when kat first arrived so he was probably taking her to some expensive places. Seattle has an awesome food scene if you're willing and able to spend money. What better way to flex in front of trailer trash like kat than taking her to fancy restaurants in one of the most beautiful fun cities in the country.
On door dash: Ordering something like say....sushi for 2 people will cost 50$ on door dash when you include fees, tax and tip. No doubt he would be ordering sodas or whatever too rather than buying them at a grocery store. I have no doubt Phil tips well. Phil tipping well gives him an excellent Karen card to play.
Eating breakfast out is super expensive too. I bet he does this a lot because he has to get up and stream and he's lazy and maybehungover.
I'm guessing his days off where he goes shopping are far more commonly spent lazing around the house after drinking and playing mobile games the night before. I would bet he orders in for all three meals on his "errand days". This also results in him likely never having groceries and thus needing to order in more.
While you can buy liquor at grocery stores in WA I bet Phil doesn't do it. I bet he orders his liquor online too.His $20 bottle of Bombay sapphire becomes $35. All that shit adds up.

That would be funny but he is not fat enough for that scenario. I mean yeah he is chubby but not battleship like if you know what I mean (I have a habit of calling really fat people battleships).
To the alleged bank statements. Phil is notorious for borrowing money and then only paying the minimum. He absolutely hates paying his long term bills (loans, taxes). I listend to some of the recent GTG streams and the way he talked about his loans during the Youtube decay in 2017-2018 makes my head spin. I would assume most of us know how income and expenses work and how to budget money and his handling of money makes me wonder what he exactly learned when he got that business degree. Did he learn to spend money like the Europeans during the Renaissance when it was basically "Spend spend spend to look good"?
And Phil putting money away would only mean that his bankruptcy papers were indeed false. Or does anyone think he would have been able to save much money from the bankruptcy till today? Yeah his debts / most of the interests were wiped (though maybe not the debts he accumulated paying his taxes) but he is also now totally dependent on any spare money he has on Papyal / his bank account(s).

Hopefully it will motivate the piggies to donate more because the first 1400 dollars donated every month are only paying for interests on his mortage.
Honestly he should start the tips goal at -1400 from now on and add until it reaches a positive. Maybe that will send a message to his three whales that they need to step it up.
